  2. The next step is a thorough analysis of submitted applications on the basis of CVs, as well as selection of people who will be invited to participate in the second stage of recruitment.
  3. Selected candidates will be asked to answer preliminary recruitment questions and the date of the first meeting will be set.
  4. The next stage is the meeting with the representative of the company, during which the interview concerning the candidate's previous professional experience, skills and competences, as well as further professional plans will take place. Depending on the position, the recruitment process can be multistage.
  5. Accepted candidates will be informed about their employment, as well as terms and conditions of cooperation, scope of duties and the work commencement date will be formally confirmed.
