AiCool is a brand created by AiFO Components, built on more than 20 years of experience in supplying components to the refrigeration industry. The WATERLOOP system is an innovative solution designed for retail chains and facilities with multiple refrigeration units. The waste heat generated by the units is recovered and used to heat domestic hot water—instead of being lost to the environment.

Unlike standard systems, Flexiloop offers an advanced hybrid mode that adapts to the seasons and the building’s current needs:


  • Heating Season
    Waste heat from the water loop is not wasted. It is 100% redirected to the building’s systems—it can be used to heat retail spaces, back-of-house areas, or domestic hot water (DHW). This allows for a drastic reduction in gas and electricity bills.
  • Summer Season
    When the building does not require additional heating, the heat recovery function can be turned off. Heat from the water loop is then effectively vented outside the building, preventing the interior from overheating.

Side Air Discharge System

This is an advanced engineering solution designed for installing monoblock units in locations with limited installation space and insufficient ventilation.

By effectively venting warm air outside the unit’s operating area, the system prevents the ambient temperature from rising. This directly results in more stable, efficient, and trouble-free operation of the entire refrigeration system.

Smart Energy Management

At the heart of this solution’s hybrid design is an integrated damper system. It allows for flexible control of the airflow depending on current needs and the room temperature:

  • Summer Mode (Excess Heat Dissipation)
    When the ambient temperature is too high, the system vents hot air outside the building or outside the installation area. This protects the equipment from overheating and ensures maximum cooling efficiency.

  • Winter Mode (Room Heating)
    Recovered warm exhaust air can be directed to adjacent areas that require heating (e.g., warehouses, break rooms, staff work areas). This is a free source of energy that significantly improves the building’s thermal comfort and reduces heating costs.

What exactly are AiCOOL monoblocks, and what does “Plug & Play” technology mean?

AiCOOL monoblocks are complete, self-contained refrigeration and freezing systems housed in a single, durable enclosure. They incorporate all key components: a compressor, evaporator, condenser, and integrated control system. Plug & Play technology means that the unit is delivered to the customer fully wired, programmed, and factory-charged with refrigerant. Installation is limited to placing the unit in a prepared opening (e.g., in a cabinet, refrigerated table, or chamber wall) and connecting it to the power supply, which eliminates the need to build a traditional refrigerant system on-site.

Transparency and uncompromising quality are our standards, which is why every monoblock that rolls off the assembly line undergoes a multi-stage quality control process:

  • Pressure leak tests
    After professional soldering of copper pipes ( bent on precise CNC machines ), the freon system is meticulously tested to eliminate the risk of any leaks.

  • Electrical Tests
    : Compliant with the harmonized standard PN-EN 60335-2-89.

  • Functional and Performance Tests
    The devices undergo long-term testing in test chambers under variable, extreme conditions that simulate intensive, real-world operation , in accordance with the requirements of the EN ISO 23953 standard .

The reliability of our monoblock units is based on components supplied exclusively by global leaders in the refrigeration industry. In the design of our units, we use:

  • Compressors: Secop, Embraco, or Cubigel (including optional inverter compressors for smooth capacity control).

  • Heat Exchangers
    : High-performance Cu-Al heat exchangers that ensure maximum efficiency. The evaporators are coated with special epoxy and hydrophilic coatings that effectively reduce electrochemical corrosion and improve the defrosting process.

  • Fans and Motors
    Energy-efficient EC motors (e.g. , EBM, EC Fans & Drives) and ATEX-certified fans with extended service life.

  • Control
    Systems: Advanced automation and controllers from CAREL or Dixell.

Our monoblocks feature an integrated control system that allows for easy integration of the device into higher-level BMS systems using the ModBus RTU protocol, or direct remote access via an IoT gateway. This enables full remote monitoring of operating parameters (temperatures, input/output statuses, alarms), recording and archiving of operational data, as well as remote service diagnostics and optimization of operating algorithms based on historical data.

R290 is an environmentally friendly natural gas with excellent thermodynamic properties. First, it ensures compliance with the EU’s stringent F-gas regulations. Second, for certain configurations, it relieves businesses of the obligation to hire certified F-gas personnel and to register equipment in the Central Register of Operators (CRO), saving time and reducing administrative costs. Third, when combined with EC motors and modern compressors, it reduces electricity consumption by up to 55%. The technology for evaporating condensate using an AISI 304 stainless steel coil further reduces power consumption compared to traditional resistance heaters.

As a manufacturer that controls the entire process—from prototyping in the R&D department to mass production—we are able to implement our partners’ individual technical and visual specifications. We customize the overall dimensions and housing design (made of stainless steel or a plastic-coated metal casing) for specific refrigerated display cases, tables, vending cabinets, or Waterloop systems. Thanks to our modern machinery and large warehouse facilities in Poland, we ensure full supply continuity and express turnaround times for mass-production orders (as fast as 14 days).
