Thermoforming

We also make components from plastics in the vacuum thermoforming process. Our offer is intended primarily for manufacturers of refrigeration and low-temperature equipment. With the vacuum thermoforming process, we produce components in large sizes and relatively complex shapes, for example internal containers, drip trays, insulated doors and side panels, flush door handles and many others.

What we offer

Drip trays

Drip trays

Drip trays are an essential component of the drip tray drain system, which is a necessary feature of refrigeration equipment.

Condensate trays

Condensate trays

Condensate trays are used in refrigeration equipment for condensate evaporation. The condensate is collected in the tray, where it is subject to the evaporator heater.

Insulated doors

Insulated doors

Insulated cold store doors are sold with profile and magnetic gasket, which ensures high-precision closing of the appliance and the highest tightness.

Extruded side panels

Extruded side panels

The extruded side panels for refrigeration equipment are extruded by thermoforming, made in any shape and size according to the customer’s specifications.

Products database

We recommend purchasing the components produced in the plastic thermoforming process. Our range includes thermoformed products used in the bodies of refrigeration equipment and other equipment.

Research and development in thermoforming

Our research and development engineers continually investigate the properties of materials and temperatures that allow them to achieve flexibility.

In the vacuum forming process, polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, polycarbonate and other materials are used.
A more suitable material translates into higher strength and performance, so we are continually testing the capabilities of every plastic.

The manufacturing process

Design phase

Projekt elementu termoformowanego
The first step is the design stage, when drawings and models are created. The plastic that will later be used in production is then selected based on the specifications and requirements.

Heating the plastic sheet

Podgrzewanie arkusza z tworzywa sztucznego
The plastic sheet is heated to a suitable temperature, above the elastic limit of the plastic. The heated plastic sheet is applied to a prepared mould and then stretched and fitted tightly. Finally, we start to cool the product and the mould and separate them.

Product cutting

Docinanie produktu
The plastic residue around the sheet is cut out. At this point, the finished product is obtained and the whole thermoforming process can be repeated again.

Quality control

Kontroler jakości
This is an important step in the production process. During quality control, we are able to catch all errors and anomalies and correct them so that the next components produced are free from defects.

Finished product

Gotowy element termoformowany
Products that comply with the specifications and have passed quality checks can move on. The finished product is appropriately protected and packaged, from where it is delivered to the right section of the warehouse or directly to the customer.

Summary of the manufacturing process

Thermoforming is a plastic forming process that uses high temperatures, air pressure and material flexibility. The process is used to produce components with complex shapes, multiple recesses and protrusions, as well as large products made entirely from one piece of material.

Machine park

State-of-the-art machine park

In the plastic thermoforming technology, we use state-of-the-art technologies and machines which operate quickly and reliably, and process sheets of different materials.
The production rate supports producing components for many customers or even starting mass production. Thermoforming machine allows to obtain desired shape and is very cost effective.

Tightness

Production of components from one piece of material.

Different sizes

Easy production of large and small components.

Variety of materials

Compatibility of sheets of different materials.

Specific details

Production of components with specific details.

No MOQ

Smaller production series or mass production.

Advantages

Production of large and small components

Thermoforming can produce both large and small components, such as blisters, medicine packages, egg boxes and more.

Wide range of application

The industry is especially eager to use thermoforming to produce custom components used in machines and other equipment.

Component details

Thermoforming can produce complex components with many recesses, protrusions and tubules.
