  1. directly from you in conjunction with the contract,
  2. from an entity that has contracted with our company to provide services to you,
  3. from a partner/third-party, working with our company, who has shared your personal data, according to your consent.

We would like to assure you that we treat your data with care and with regard to our obligations under current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Therefore, we would like to inform you that:

3) Your data are processed on a voluntary basis and will be stored as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and AiFO, and thereafter for a duration corresponding to the period of limitation of claims that AiFO may incur and that may be raised against AIFO, as well as until you object to the processing of such data and, if you have given your consent to the processing, until you withdraw such consent.
4) Your personal data will be processed in:

  1. in order to carry out the activities performed at your request,
  2. for the performance of a contract concluded with AiFO on your behalf, as a third-party (Article 393 of the Civil Code), when another subject is a party to the contract,
  3. in order to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on AiFO, e.g. to issue a VAT invoice, correction invoice, note or bill,
  4. in order to set up and manage your B2B account in the ERP information system under “B2B support” and the “online shop” integrated into the AiFO information systems/websites,
  5. for marketing purposes for AiFO’s products and services,
  6. for information purposes, i.e. to provide you with newsletters and other information from us electronically on the basis of your prior consent,
  7. for courtesy purposes, i.e. sending you greetings, including birthday and name day wishes and gifts,
  8. for the organisation of in-house work in the form of phone blocks, i.e. to contact you individually and directly,
  9. for the purposes of collecting the aforementioned data in AiFO’s internal databases for more efficient data management,
  10. for the following types of market and opinion research: quantitative, generic (surveys and tests) or qualitative and opinion research (personal interviews),
  11. to contact and respond to product enquiries.

5) Your personal data will only be shared with processors with whom a data processing entrustment agreement will be concluded on the basis of Article 28(3) of the GDPR.

6) You have the right to request access to the content of your data and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing.

7) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
