Title: “Modernization and Improvement of Business Processes in AiFO Components
to Transform the Company Towards Industry 4.0″
The goal of the project is to modernize the technological line for gasket production by implementing automation in the process of welding magnetic gasket corners, as well as automation in the storage and warehousing of semi-finished and finished products.
The expected outcome of the project is an increase in process efficiency, improvement in product quality, enhanced workplace safety, and a reduction in production costs.
Target group: Domestic and international manufacturers of refrigeration and foodservice furniture.
Planned tasks: – Purchase and implementation of technological infrastructure for automating and improving the process of welding magnetic gasket corners.
– Purchase and implementation of technological infrastructure for automating and improving the storage and warehousing process.
– Purchase of a license for a system that ensures the integration of the automated warehouse rack management system and the software of the automated workstation for welding magnetic gasket corners with the company’s existing COMARCH XL ERP system for semi-finished and finished products.
As part of the project implementation, the company plans to purchase an automated workstation for welding magnetic gasket corners, an automated warehouse rack, transport trolleys, loading trays, and a license for a system integrating the automation of the new technological infrastructure with the company’s ERP system.
Project duration: 01.06.2024 – 31.05.2026

Priority I: Support for Entrepreneurs, Measure: SMART Path
Title: “Increasing the competitiveness of AIFO COMPONENTS sp. z o.o. S.K.A. through the implementation of a product innovation”
The aim of the project is to develop and enhance the competitiveness of the company through an investment involving the purchase of fixed assets. These assets will enable the implementation of products with new, previously unavailable features on the market, developed as a result of R&D activities.
The outcome of the project will be the acquisition of capabilities enabling the start of production of innovative products. These will be products with new features attractive to customers, compared to those currently manufactured in Poland and on export markets.
Target group: manufacturers of refrigeration furniture (operating at approx. +10°C), freezer furniture (for storage at temperatures down to –40°C), ultra-low temperature devices (for storage down to –86°C), and neutral equipment primarily for the gastronomy, food production, retail, and medical sectors.
Planned task: Purchase of fixed assets necessary to launch the production of a new innovative product.
