Sources of personal data

We obtain personal data from the following sources:

  • direct contact in connection with a concluded contract,
  • an entity providing services to the user,
  • a third-party partner – on the basis of the consent given.

Data retention period

We retain data for as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, for the period of limitation of claims and, where processing is based on consent, until that consent is withdrawn.

Purposes of data processing

  • carrying out activities at the user's request,
  • performance of contracts to which the user is a third party,
  • compliance with legal obligations (VAT invoices, bills),
  • setting up and administering a B2B account in the ERP system,
  • marketing activities relating to AiFO products and services,
  • sending newsletters and information by electronic means,
  • sending seasonal and occasional greetings,
  • organisation of work within the company,
  • maintaining internal databases and conducting market research,
  • responding to product enquiries.

Sharing of data

We share personal data solely with processors with whom a data processing agreement has been concluded – in accordance with Article 28(3) of the GDPR.

Rights of the user

Every individual has the right to:

  • obtain access to their data (right of access),
  • rectification of data,
  • erasure of data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

Cookie policy

Cookies are IT data stored on users' end devices and intended for the use of websites. They contain, among other things, the name of the website, the storage time and a unique number. The website does not automatically collect any information other than that contained in cookie files.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • logging in and maintaining the user's session,
  • adapting the content of the website to the user's preferences,
  • creating anonymous statistics, without identifying the user.

Cookies used by the operator's partners are governed by their own privacy policies.
