A profile is a seemingly simple component that decides two of the most important parameters of a refrigerated cabinet: tightness and energy consumption. A poorly chosen edge profile creates a thermal bridge where moisture condenses and through which cold escapes – which is why we design our profile systems together with gaskets and magnets, as a complete „sealed edge system”.
We extrude the profiles in-house from rigid and flexible PVC (including co-extrusion, which combines both materials in a single part), giving us full control over geometry, tolerances and colour. Beyond the catalogue range we produce made-to-measure profiles – from a prototype batch to regular series deliveries.
The catalogue covers door profiles, gasket base profiles, thermal break, corner and trim profiles, as well as sanitary profiles and price rails for cold rooms and shelving. Every group is available in the B2B shop, with cross-section drawings in the designer zone.
