MEP systems: design, installation, service
AiFO MEP delivers mechanical and electrical systems for industry and commercial buildings – from concept, through installation, to scheduled maintenance. Having our own design, installation and service departments means one point of contact for the whole project instead of three subcontractors arguing over where one scope ends.

Scope of work
Air conditioning
Holding temperature, humidity and air cleanliness in enclosed spaces, with running cost treated as a design parameter.
Ventilation
Supply and extract sized either for a production process or for human comfort – two different jobs and two different systems.
Heating
Central heating systems and heat sources, designed together with the rest of the installation rather than separately.
Plumbing and drainage
Water supply, collection and discharge of waste water, including what sanitary requirements demand.
Instrumentation and control
Monitoring processes and controlling them wherever manual operation is not enough.
Electrical works
Electrical installations for industrial facilities, designed and built by qualified, licensed staff.
