AG-9/05BD is a two-hole deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap with a 1/2 inch connection and ceramic heads, fitted with a swivel spout and a chrome-plated spring guiding the hose. The manufacturer states a flow rate of 9 to 15 l/min in the 2–4 bar range.
Ceramic has a specific advantage in this layout: the handle moves through a short travel, so the water is shut off with one movement of the wrist, even while holding a vessel in the other hand. At a two-hole station, where the body stands to the side of the spray head, it is reached for often.

No. The two-hole version needs two cut-outs, because the spring column is fixed independently of the body. For a single hole you have to reach for a one-hole model, for example from the AG-1 or AG-100 family.
What is the swivel spout useful for here?
For everything that is not done with the gun: filling a pot, running water for a longer while, rinsing out the bowl. It swings over the sink and back to the side when it gets in the way of stacking dishes.
