Deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap (3/8") AG-100 – how to choose the right one
AG-100 is a deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap with a 3/8 inch connection, mounted in a hole 35 mm in diameter. It has ceramic heads, a swivel spout and a chrome-plated spring, and the catalogue flow rate lies between 9 and 15 l/min at a pressure of 2–4 bar.
Ø35 mm is the most common cut-out diameter in stainless steel worktops, so this model usually goes into the existing hole left by the previous fitting. When modernising a back-of-house area this saves the most troublesome part of the job – nobody enjoys cutting into a finished worktop.
The control is described as a handle together with a lever, that is differently from models with two classic handles. This is worth noting if the station is to be operated with the forearm while the hands are occupied.

Ask a questionWill AG-100 fit the hole left by the old tap?
If the hole is 35 mm – yes, because that is the diameter the manufacturer states. Larger cut-outs need a cover plate, smaller ones call for drilling into steel, which is better avoided on a finished worktop.
How does AG-100 differ from AG-100C?
The description of both part numbers is practically identical: the same ceramic heads, the same 35 mm hole and the same flow rate. For AG-100C the manufacturer has explicitly added 3/8 inch connections and has not listed a stainless version of the hose. The real difference is worth confirming before ordering.
