Deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap (3/8") AG-1FE – how to choose the right one
AG-1FE is a deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap fitted with a stainless braided hose and a chrome-plated spring, without an additional spout. It works on self-lubricating heads, has a 3/8 inch connection and goes into a hole 35 mm in diameter.
The stainless braid of the hose sets this part number apart among the simpler versions of the AG-1 family. The hose is the most exposed component here: with every pull of the gun it bends in the same place, and from under the worktop it takes steam and moisture from the dishwasher.
The comparison with AG-1FB is simple: they differ in the colour of the spring. The comparison with AG-1/05FE is too: they differ in the swivel spout. The choice between them therefore comes down to whether the station needs a second source of water.
