Deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap (3/8") AG-D25B – how to choose the right one
AG-D25B is a deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap with a spout 250 mm long, ceramic heads and a stainless braided hose. It goes into a 35 mm hole, works on a 3/8 inch connection and delivers from 9 to 15 l/min at a pressure of 2–4 bar.
Two hundred and fifty millimetres is the length that on a typical catering sink reaches over the bowl with a margin while still not going beyond its far edge. When choosing between the three lengths in this series, this version most often turns out to be the safe choice.
It is worth measuring, though, rather than guessing. The five-centimetre difference between 200 and 250 mm decides whether the water falls into the middle of the bowl or onto its wall – and in the latter case it splashes all over the worktop.

Ask a questionHow do you know whether 250 mm is needed instead of 200?
The distance from the axis of the mounting hole to the centre of the bowl decides. If it exceeds 20 cm, the shorter spout will end over the wall of the sink rather than over its base.
Does the length of the spout affect the flow rate?
Not in this series – all three lengths have the same stated flow. The reach changes only how far the stream goes, not the amount of water per minute.
