Deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap (3/8", spout: 300 mm) AG-D30M – how to choose the right one
AG-D30M is a deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap with a swivel spout 300 mm long, on ceramic heads, with a stainless hose and a chrome-plated spring. It is mounted in a 35 mm hole, on a 3/8 inch connection, and the flow rate is from 9 to 15 l/min.
This is the only part number in the D series whose list confirms that the arm rotates. At three hundred millimetres this matters a good deal in practice: the spout is pushed aside when a tall boiler goes into the bowl, and comes back over the sink once it is lifted out.
Combining a long, movable arm with a spray head serves a station where at one moment a large vessel has to be filled and at another residues have to be knocked off plates. The shorter variants of this series do the same over a smaller range and without the option of moving the spout aside.

As far as installation goes, yes: the same arm length, the same hole and the same connection. The difference is in the list – here the manufacturer confirms that the spout swivels and gives a flow rate, while for the B variant that information is absent.
How much space is needed above the sink for this model?
Enough for a spout with a 30 cm reach to swing over the worktop without hitting the wall or a shelf. It is worth checking before installation, because the most common obstruction turns out to be the shelf above the sink rather than the sink itself.
