Heated bain-marie KZ-BME-CW-3/1 K has a well measuring 1069 × 590 × 410 mm and is made of AISI-304 steel. The multi-well construction allows several dishes to be held side by side in one unit.
More than a metre of width changes the way a serving line is planned. With a well of this size several dishes fit at one position on the line, so staff do not move between units for every dish.

How does this version differ from the 726 mm model?
Solely in the width of the well: 1069 instead of 726 mm. The depth of 590 mm and the height of 410 mm are the same on both units.
How do I check whether my containers will fit here?
Their external dimensions have to be compared against the stated well dimension, bearing in mind the partitions dividing the space. The capacity of the insert alone tells you nothing here.
