Heated bain-marie KZ-BME-CW-2/1 K has a well of 726 × 590 × 410 mm and a body in AISI-304 steel. It is the shorter of the two available versions, intended for lines of limited length.
A shorter well is sometimes a deliberate choice rather than a compromise. On a serving counter where two or three dishes are served each day, a longer unit would take up the room needed for plates and cutlery.
The height and depth of the well stay the same as in the larger model, so inserts chosen once fit both units. That makes it easier to extend the line with a second bain-marie in future.

The depth of 590 mm and the height of 410 mm are common to both versions, so the only limitation is the width of the well: 726 instead of 1069 mm.
When is it worth paying more for the longer version?
When the menu involves constant rotation of dishes and there is no room for an insert changed during service. With two or three dishes the shorter well is usually enough.
How much room should be allowed on the line?
Beyond the well itself you have to add the housing of the unit and space to lift the insert out upwards. The stated dimension of 726 × 590 × 410 mm refers to the interior, not to the whole bain-marie.
