Ceramic infrared emitter (100-250 W) KE-ACS3 – how to choose the right one
KE-ACS3 is a ceramic infrared emitter available in four outputs: 100, 125, 165 and 250 W. All the variants share the same catalogue code, so the output is given separately when placing the order.
A span from one hundred to two hundred and fifty watts within one part number is useful on zoned panels. The centre of the table is often populated with stronger units and the edges with weaker ones, while the service store carries one item instead of four.
One hundred watts is the finest step that can be bought here. With small working fields and with materials that take rapid heating badly, it is the lower variants of this series that are reached for.

Yes. The KE-ACS3 code covers four variants – 100, 125, 165 and 250 W – and in itself indicates none of them. Without this information the order goes back for clarification.
How does the 250 W variant differ from the separate KE-ACS1-250W item?
In the series it belongs to. The output is the same, but the manufacturer does not describe the differences between the KE-ACS1 and KE-ACS3 families, so when replacing a unit in an existing panel it is safer to choose the part number already working in it.
