Ceramic infrared emitter (200 W) KE-ACS2-200W – how to choose the right one
KE-ACS2-200W is a 200 W ceramic infrared emitter from the KE-ACS2 series. The spherical radiating face allows it to be set further from the surface being heated and limits the number of elements on the heating table.
In the KE-ACS2 series two hundred watts is the starting value – above it there are only 325 and 500 W. When choosing this variant it is worth settling straight away whether the remaining positions on the panel are to be populated with the same output or graded.
The manufacturer does not describe the differences between the KE-ACS1, KE-ACS2 and KE-ACS3 series, and their output ranges partly overlap. When adding an element to a panel already in service the safest point of reference remains the part number already fitted in it.

The catalogue data sheet does not specify this – both series are described with the same set of features, and what tells them apart is the range of outputs available. If the panel is already populated with one of them, it is simpler to stay with the same designation.
What gap should be kept between emitters of this output?
The manufacturer gives one value – from 3 to 5 cm – and ties it to thermoforming rather than to the wattage of a single unit. The spacing therefore follows from the geometry of the panel.
