Ceramic infrared emitter (300 W) KE-ACS1-300W – how to choose the right one
KE-ACS1-300W is a 300 W ceramic infrared emitter. The spherical radiating surface spreads the heat wider than a flat face, thanks to which one element covers a larger section of the heating table.
Three hundred watts falls more or less in the middle of the available range: below it are the 150 and 250 W variants, above it 400, 500, 650 and 1000 W. It is the output at which selection usually starts when there is no data from a similar station.
The KE-VL-300C infrared lamp has the same value, but it is an entirely different element: a clear quartz halogen tube supplied at 240 V instead of a ceramic body. Matching outputs therefore does not mean interchangeability in the same mounting.

In practice from the middle of the range, that is around three hundred watts, and only after a trial should you go lower or add output. The catalogue contains no conversion per unit area, so the first choice is always a trial fitting.
Will a 300 W emitter replace a lamp of the same output?
Not without changing the mounting. These are two different constructions – a ceramic body and a quartz halogen tube at 240 V – so agreement in watts does not translate into mechanical interchangeability.
