Ceramic infrared emitter (500 W) KE-ACS2-500W – how to choose the right one

KE-ACS2-500W is a 500 W ceramic infrared emitter and the most powerful element of the KE-ACS2 series. Higher outputs, 650 and 1000 W, are covered by the KE-ACS1 series.

For a panel built on the KE-ACS2 this model is the ceiling. If heat is still lacking once every position is populated, the next step will not be a more powerful element in this series, but a change of family or the addition of further heating points.

This is worth bearing in mind as early as the design stage of the table. Leaving a margin in the number of positions is often cheaper than later rebuilding the panel for a different series of emitters.

What should be done when 500 W in the KE-ACS2 series is not enough?

There are two ways forward: add more heating points or move to the KE-ACS1 series, where 650 and 1000 W variants are available. In the KE-ACS2 series 500 W is the highest power.
