Pressed double base (1347x699x0.6 mm) KZ-DT1400 – how to choose the right one
Double pressed base KZ-DT1400 is a stainless steel part measuring 1347 × 699 mm in sheet 0.6 mm thick. The name refers to the two recesses formed in a single piece of material.
Forming it from one pressing has a concrete practical consequence: between the two recesses there is no joint to be watched during cleaning. The surface is continuous across the whole width of the part.
The dimension of 699 mm recurs in the single version, so both bases fit the same installation depth. Choosing between them is a choice of width – 1347 or 626 mm.

With a pressed part it is above all the shape and the support that decide. Sheet of this thickness performs correctly provided it rests on full support rather than on two end points.
How does it differ from the single version?
Solely in width and in the number of recesses: 1347 mm and two recesses instead of 626 mm and one. The depth of 699 mm and the sheet thickness remain common to both.
Can two single bases be used instead?
Dimensionally it is not the same – two parts of 626 mm give 1252 mm instead of 1347 mm, and on top of that there is a joint in the middle that the double version does not have.
