Single pressed base KZ-DT700 is a stainless steel part measuring 626 × 699 mm and 0.6 mm thick, with a single recess. It matches the double version in depth and sheet thickness.
For narrow workstations it is the only sensible choice of the pair. The double part requires more than 1.3 metres of width, which in a short installation simply is not there.
The smaller area also matters at installation. Sheet of this format is easier to lay level and to check for contact all round the perimeter before it is fixed permanently.

Can 0.6 mm sheet be bent during installation?
Yes, and that is precisely why the part is not lifted by one corner. At this thickness permanent deformation occurs sooner than the look of the pressing alone might suggest.
