Lid dispenser O95-114 mm DZ-L2400C – how to choose the right one
DZ-L2400C is a dispenser for flat lids 95–114 mm in diameter, set in a Ø146 mm opening. The impact-resistant plastic body is fitted in the worktop or in the vertical panel of the fit-out.
This variant takes over the sizes the smaller model no longer handles – lids for four-hundred- and five-hundred-millilitre cups and for iced-drink vessels. In outlets with a broad menu the two versions are usually placed side by side.
With two dispensers in one counter, not only the diameter counts but also the spacing of the cut-outs. Openings of Ø124 and Ø146 mm together take up a considerable stretch, and material must remain between them for a load-bearing strip.

Usually this one, because lids for that capacity fall within the 95–114 mm span. What decides, however, is the measured diameter of the specific packaging, not the declared cup volume.
Can Ø146 mm be made in an existing Ø124 mm opening?
It can be bored out with a hole saw, but it must be checked how much material will remain at the edge. With a narrow working strip it is safer to move the dispenser to a new place.
