The KP-NPTC self-regulating heater is a cartridge version in acid-resistant INCOLOY steel, supplied at 230 V. Compliance is declared with the EN 60335-1 standard, with CE certification.
Cartridge mounting changes the whole logic of selection: instead of a thread and a seal, what counts is the diameter and the depth of the seat. The component has to go in over its full length, otherwise part of the heated section stays outside the material it is meant to heat.
