Waste bin with a lid (75 l) KZ-KOSZ75 – how to choose the right one
KZ-KOSZ75 is a waste bin with a capacity of 75 litres in AISI-304 stainless steel, with a hand-lifted lid. Its capacity places it in the middle of a family of three sizes: 50, 75 and 90 litres.
This size works well in a washing-up room, where the volume of waste rises in surges as dirty crockery comes in. Plates are scraped in batches rather than one at a time, so the bin has to take a whole batch of scraps without a pause to change the sack.
It is worth remembering that a taller body makes a full sack harder to pull out – air has no way in between the liner and the walls. The practice is simple: ease the sack up on one side before you start pulling it upwards.

Is the difference between 75 and 90 litres noticeable?
It is twenty per cent of the volume, which in practice means one emptying fewer per shift under heavy load. Where traffic is light the difference goes unnoticed, so it is not worth paying extra for size held in reserve.
Can a bin with a lid be placed in the dining room?
The construction and the material are no obstacle, but having guests lift the lid by hand can be problematic. For areas accessible to customers the pedal model is better.
