Mixer tap (3/8") AG-03 – how to choose the right one
The AG-03 mixer tap with a 3/8 inch connection is set apart by one element – a chrome-plated steel spring seated at the spout. The rest coincides with the basic version: a ceramic cartridge, a swivel spout, a Ø35 mm hole and a flow rate of 26–32 l/min.
The spring stiffens the spout and helps it hold its shape. Where the tapware is constantly caught by the edge of a tray or the handle of a pot, this protects the geometry of the tap against accidental bending.
The data sheet does not give the height of the body. If the tap is to stand under a wall shelf or under an extraction hood, it is worth asking for that dimension before ordering, because the spring changes the silhouette of the tapware.

Ask a questionWhat is the spring at the spout for?
It holds the spout in its intended shape and takes some of the knocks which would otherwise land straight on the tube. It is a mechanical solution and does not affect the water parameters – these remain the same as in the version without a spring.
Will this model fit the hole left by the previous tap?
If the predecessor had a Ø35 mm hole and a 3/8 inch connection, then yes – neither the worktop nor the installation has to be touched. The only thing to check is the clearance above the sink, because the hole itself decides nothing in that respect.
