Elbow-operated mixer tap (3/8") AG-305B – how to choose the right one
The AG-305B mixer tap has an elbow lever, a chrome-plated brass body and a swivel spout. It works on a 3/8 inch connection, is mounted through a Ø35 mm hole, and the manufacturer declares an outflow of 26 to 32 litres per minute.
This is the variant for stations where operation with the forearm matters but a pull-out hose is not needed. A rigid spout is one component less to replace and nothing that could wear through from being constantly pulled out.
The model is seated in a hole of the diameter typical for this category, so switching to elbow operation does not force any machining of the worktop. That is usually the simplest way of raising hygiene at an existing station.

When a rigid spout is enough. The version with a one-metre hose gives reach beyond the bowl, but it costs a hole forty millimetres in diameter and a lower declared outflow, so on a typical sink it can be more than is needed.
Will chrome stand up to daily cleaning of the back-of-house area?
It will, provided no abrasive creams or pastes are used. It is those that dull the coating fastest, far faster than the frequency of cleaning or the temperature of the water used at the station.
