Condensate funnel KP-CD – how to choose the right one
The KP-CD condensate funnel is a white polystyrene part whose job is to collect water condensing on the evaporator and direct it into the drainage. It is used in refrigerated furniture and units.
What sets it apart from the other funnels is where it works. This one is mounted right at the water source, under the heat exchanger, rather than in the bottom of the pan - so what matters for it is above all the bowl shape, not the connection diameter.
Polystyrene is rigid and cheap, but less impact-resistant than PVC. It is worth prising it loose carefully during removal, especially if the part has spent a long time working at low temperature.

This one collects water where it forms and passes it on by gravity, without a threaded connection. Funnels with an M22 or M24 thread work at the other end of the water's path, where it passes through a wall or floor.
