It may, if the sections share a common air space and fit within the stated 700 L. Chambers separated by a sealed partition have to be considered separately during selection.
How does this index compare with the 550 L version?
It differs in chamber volume and declared capacity; the operating range, the refrigerant and the defrost method are identical. The choice comes down to the size of the furniture.
Does higher output mean higher energy consumption?
For this series the data sheet gives capacity, not consumption, so an energy comparison cannot be derived from it. The manufacturer publishes consumption data for the cabinet monoblocks.
