No. Ice cream requires deeply sub-zero temperatures, and this version works within the +2°C / +8°C band. Low-temperature versions are used for freezing.
Does 699 W* refer to an open display cabinet?
The manufacturer does not distinguish this in the description. Open furniture has far greater losses than glazed furniture, which is why with such a design we confirm the selection individually.
How do you keep the products from drying out?
That is the job of the design of the display cabinet and of the way the air is routed, not of the monoblock itself. The module holds the temperature, while the humidity depends on how the furniture distributes the cold over the display.
