MBP-KOS-M-SW is a ceiling monoblock for cold rooms in a waterloop design, with an operating range of –5°C / +5°C and R290 refrigerant. The condensing heat is taken away through a water circuit rather than blown into the room by a fan.
Combining ceiling mounting with water cooling is typical of cold rooms placed deep inside a building: in a shop, in a kitchen on an upper floor, or in a back-of-house area with no external wall. Neither the walls nor the air of the room then have to serve the system.
The –5°C / +5°C range covers standard chilled storage. If there is a freezer room next to it, both can be connected into the same water loop, and that is often the main argument for such a solution.

That is a replacement of the appliance, not a modification. The air-cooled version from the same family is marked with the letters SA and needs room for the heat discharge inside the premises.
What data are needed for selection?
The dimensions of the cold room, the panel thickness, the target temperature and the parameters of the water loop: its temperature and the available flow. Without the latter the selection cannot be closed.
Can a cold room and a freezer room share a common circuit?
Yes, that is the whole idea of a water loop. The balance is checked for the installation as a whole, though, because the total heat taken up determines the selection of the cooler and the pump.
