Draw-off tap with a threaded connection (1/2") and a check valve AG-GT1-1/2"V – how to choose the right one
AG-GT1-1/2"V is a draw-off tap of chrome-plated brass with a 1/2 inch connection, supplied together with a non-return valve. In the other variants the valve is merely an option to be added.
A non-return valve lets water through in one direction only. Thanks to that, the contents of a heated bowl have no way back into the supply installation, even when pressure in the mains drops.
This solution is chosen where the safeguard is to be certain from day one, without relying on the installer adding it later.
