SRW-25KRN in RAL 7040 is a polypropylene adjustable leg for a 25 × 25 mm profile with a load of 250 kg on three pieces and adjustment within a range of 20–54 mm. The manufacturer declares a fit for profile walls of 1, 1.2 and 1.5 mm.
This information is sometimes more important than the external dimension itself. A 25 × 25 mm profile with a 1.5 mm wall has an internal opening three millimetres smaller than the same profile with a 1 mm wall, and a push-fit leg works precisely inside it. Covering the whole range with a single index eliminates the most common ordering error.
In practice this means that when ordering it is enough to measure the profile from the outside. The sheet thickness no longer has to be established, as long as it falls within the stated band.

Ask a questionHow do I know what wall thickness my profile has?
The simplest way is to measure the edge at the cut with a calliper. With this model it makes little difference, though, as long as it falls within the band from 1 to 1.5 mm.
Will the leg hold in a profile with a wall thicker than 1.5 mm?
The manufacturer does not describe such a case, so it cannot be confirmed. A thicker sheet reduces the opening of the profile and the leg may simply not go in.
