Adjustable leg (30x30 mm) SR-30x30NT_ – how to choose the right one
SR-30x30NT is an adjustable leg cast entirely in zinc-aluminium alloy, intended for a 30 × 30 mm square profile. A set of three pieces carries 400 kg, and the height is set within a range of 23–55 mm.
A single casting gives predictable behaviour under load. Plastic under constant pressure can creep over time and the appliance goes out of level without anyone touching it – with metal that mechanism does not occur.
The flip side is the absence of stainless steel in the thread. Where the floor is flooded and washed with aggressive chemicals, the NS version with an AISI-304 stem makes more sense, despite the lower declared load rating.

That is the value declared for the leg. The real limit is often the structure it is pressed into – a thin-walled 30 × 30 mm profile may deform before the leg reaches its limit.
Does ZnAl alloy corrode?
It behaves differently from carbon steel and does not rust in the usual way, but neither is it an equivalent of stainless steel. In constant contact with water and detergents the version with an AISI-304 stem performs better.
