Adjustable leg (40x40 mm) SR-40x40FL – how to choose the right one
SR-40x40FL is an adjustable leg for a 40 × 40 mm profile with a body in ZnAl alloy and a stem in AISI-304 stainless steel. The declared load for a set of three pieces is 1000 kg, and the height is set within a range of 37–64 mm.
This is the extreme entry in this line-up. The other legs for the 40 × 40 mm profile stop within a band of 350–500 kg, so the difference is not a matter of headroom but of a different class of application: machines, heavy work benches and appliances with a full load.
It is worth remembering that at such a load rating the leg stops being the limit and the structure and the floor become it. A point load of several hundred kilograms can leave a mark in flooring or in a soft screed.

Definitely. At such a point load a soft screed, flooring or a panel may deform before any part of the leg does. In such cases spreader plates are used to distribute the pressure.
How does FL differ from the other 40 × 40 mm models?
Above all in load rating: 1000 kg against 400–500 kg in the NS and NT versions, with a similar adjustment range. The design is the strongest in this family.
