Adjustable leg (40x40 mm) SR-40x40NT_ – how to choose the right one
SR-40x40NT is an adjustable leg cast in zinc-aluminium alloy, intended for a 40 × 40 mm square profile. A set of three pieces carries 500 kg, and the height adjustment range is 37–64 mm.
The higher declared load capacity than the NS version (500 vs 400 kg per set) favours this model for appliances that stand in one place under constant load for years.
Chemical resistance remains the limitation. Where the floor is flooded with water and detergent, the version with a stainless stem will keep the adjustment working longer.

Ask a questionWhy does the version without stainless steel have the higher load rating?
Load capacity results from the design of the whole leg, not from the material of the adjustable part alone. The NT version is rated at 500 kg per set, while NS with an AISI-304 adjustable part is rated at 400 kg.
Is 500 kg enough for a refrigeration appliance?
For a typical cabinet or counter usually yes, but what counts is the mass with a full load, not the dead weight of the appliance. If the structure comes close to the limit, the same family includes the FL version with a load rating of 1000 kg.
