Adjustable leg (40x40 mm) SR-40x40PIF black – how to choose the right one
SR-40x40PIF is an adjustable leg for a 40 × 40 mm profile with a height range of 23–60 mm and a load rating of 400 kg on three pieces. The body is made of black polyamide, the adjustment part of stainless steel, and an anti-slip rubber ring is set into the foot.
What sets it apart is that the whole range is shifted downwards. With a thick 40 × 40 mm profile the structures are sometimes massive, and yet they have to fit under an imposed worktop height – and then every centimetre recovered at floor level matters.
The price of that shift is a lower upper limit: 60 mm against 68 mm in the PI version. If the appliance is to stand high, this model will not be the right choice.

When the structure has to go below 31 mm, that is below the lower limit of the basic version. In a typical installation the eight-millimetre difference makes no odds.
Does shifting the range affect the load rating?
No, both models have the same 400 kg for a set of three pieces. All that changes is the height window in which the leg works.
