SRW-4KRN RAL7045 is a polypropylene adjustable leg for a 40 × 40 mm profile, carrying 450 kg on three pieces, with adjustment of 25–54 mm. The manufacturer declares a fit for profile walls within a range from 1 to 1.5 mm.
With a 40 × 40 mm profile the spread of sheet thicknesses is wider than with smaller sections, because this size is used to build both light frames and load-bearing structures. Covering the whole band with a single index then saves measurements and ordering errors.

How do you tell RAL 7045 from RAL 7040 in practice?
