Not within the adjustment range – 180 mm is the lowest position of the thread. Lower installations are served by the remaining variants of the 16R family, including HG135-185 and the MOMO version working from 104 mm.
Who needs a clearance of more than 200 mm under an appliance?
Most often it is about washing: at such a height a mop and a hose go under the machine and an inspector can see the whole floor. The second reason is services – drains, connections and cables routed under the appliance need room.
