Adjustable leg (O40 mm) SR-38I_ – how to choose the right one
SR-38I is an adjustable leg pressed into a round Ø40 mm profile. The body is made of ZnAl alloy and the adjustable part of AISI-304 stainless steel; a set of three carries 450 kg, and the height is set within the 39–68 mm range.
The split of materials is deliberate here. Cast ZnAl gives a rigid body in a ready shape, with no machining, while the stainless steel went into the stem – that is, into the part that works closest to a wet floor and moves every time the unit is levelled.
The minimum height of 39 mm is exceptionally low in this group. This is a leg for structures that are to stand close to the floor, not for installations that need a high clearance for cleaning under the appliance.

Ask a questionWill SR-38I fit a tube of a diameter other than 40 mm?
No. The press-fit element is matched to the inside of the Ø40 profile – it cannot be seated in a narrower tube, and in a wider one the joint will be loose. For a different tube size, a model intended for that diameter has to be chosen.
Which part of the leg is made of stainless steel?
Only the adjustable part, made of AISI-304. The body is of ZnAl alloy, so this is not a fully stainless leg – with strong cleaning chemicals a model made from a single grade of steel will serve better.
