SR-M is a screw-in leg with a foot of hardened rubber. The rubber is harder than in anti-vibration pads, so the foot does not spread under weight, yet it keeps enough resilience to quieten the working appliance and to leave no marks on the floor.
The same leg comes with a galvanised stem and with a stainless steel stem. The version has to be stated when ordering, because the SR-M part number covers both varieties and does not settle which one will be dispatched.
There are several catalogue sizes, and the manufacturer allows others to be made to order. With an unusual stem length or foot diameter it is therefore worth asking first, before the project is switched to an entirely different model.

Galvanising is enough where the leg stands dry and is not hosed down during cleaning. In wet zones, by drains and in places washed down with water we reach for the stainless version, because in such conditions zinc comes off the thread fastest.
What does a foot of hardened rubber give?
It increases friction against the substrate and absorbs part of the vibration the appliance gives back into the floor. Hard rubber does this without yielding under weight, which soft pads cannot manage.
Can a size outside the catalogue be ordered?
Yes, the manufacturer provides for made-to-order versions under this item. We then need the thread size, the stem length and the foot diameter – with that data we check feasibility and lead time.
