KP-AC-111 is a drain made of grey polyamide, offered as a group of models under a shared designation. It drains water from the basin of a refrigeration unit or appliance.
The manufacturer's description here is unusually sparse: it states only the plastic and the colour. Selection is therefore based on measuring the hole and on what can be seen in a photo of the part being replaced.
Polyamide has a mechanical advantage over PVC – it is less prone to cracking under uneven clamping force and performs well in screwed connections. On the other hand, it is harder to glue to the rest of a plastic installation.
