Bolt slot cover KP-AC-002 – how to choose the right one
KP-AC-002 is a bolt slot cover made of grey ABS. It conceals the opening the lock bolt enters once the door is closed.
A small part, but a tidying one. A covered slot means fewer places for dirt to collect and a cleaner visible edge – on equipment placed in a sales area that matters.
When ordering, it is worth comparing the cover with the specific opening in the door rather than assuming it is universal.
How to match the handle to the door thickness and settle the key system – we explained it in the selection guide for this category.
Where it works
- Finishing the bolt opening in a visible position
- Reducing the places where dirt collects around the lock
- Finishing off after a lock has been fitted in a new unit
- Replacing a cracked or lost cover
