The PCHT-1800x200x30 evaporator is a finned heat exchanger 1800 mm long, 200 mm deep and with a pack height of 30 mm, rated at 80 bar. It is one of the longer sizes offered in the PCHT series.
At this length, simply transporting and manoeuvring the pack into place becomes important. The heat exchanger is narrow and flat, but eighteen decimetres without support in the middle is easy to deform – when removing the old one and sliding in the new one, it is worth doing this with two people.
