KP-PLASTER6.2B, in the 1250 × 1000 × 30 mm format, is a black polycarbonate honeycomb sheet with Ø6.0 mm holes and an operating range of -40°C to +110°C. It straightens the airstream in refrigeration cabinets and equipment.
This item combines two extremes of the whole family: the thickest cross-section and the largest hole diameter. The channel here is 30 mm long, and at the same time has a six-millimetre clear opening – air passes through with less resistance than through finer grids of the same depth.
The black version is often chosen where the insert is visible from the customer's side. A grey sheet in a lit gap shows up as a bright grid, a black one disappears into the shadow of the cabinet – functionally both work the same way.
