Honeycomb (1250x150x30 mm, 70°) grey KP-PLASTER4.8 – how to choose the right one
KP-PLASTER4.8 is a grey honeycomb strip, 1250 × 150 × 30 mm, with Ø4.8 mm holes, made of polycarbonate with an operating range of -40°C / +110°C. The datasheet additionally states a 70° angle for it.
This angle is the only thing that sets this item apart from neighbouring positions, and at the same time the only thing the manufacturer does not describe in more detail. In practice it means the element is not cut at a full right angle – before ordering it's worth confirming on which side the bevel falls.
Beyond that, this is the deepest cross-section in the whole range combined with a narrow strip. Thirty millimetres of material over a width of one hundred and fifty millimetres is a configuration for a specific duct profile, not a universal sheet for cutting to size.

Is Ø4.8 mm a large or a small grid?
Medium. This family has four diameters – 3.0, 3.5, 4.8 and 6.0 mm – so 4.8 mm is the second-to-last position towards the sparser perforation.
