Honeycomb (2000x1000x20 mm, 70°) dark grey KP-PLASTER 4.8 – how to choose the right one
KP-PLASTER 4.8, in the 2000 × 1000 × 20 mm format, is a dark grey polycarbonate honeycomb sheet with Ø4.8 mm perforation and a 70° angle stated on the datasheet. It is used to straighten the airstream in refrigeration equipment.
A surface area of two square metres is the most material from a single piece that we carry. For orders covering an entire line of cabinets, cutting from such a large sheet leaves fewer offcuts than assembling inserts from several smaller sheets.
The dark grey shade and the 70° angle are two features unique to this item. When choosing a substitute, you therefore need to reckon that the nearest items differ either in colour or in edge geometry.

What does the 70° angle mean on this sheet?
The value appears in the documentation without additional description and also occurs only on the 1250 × 150 × 30 mm strip. If you are reproducing an existing insert, send us the dimension from the equipment – we will fit the element to the actual edge.
