Dish dispenser DZ-FOR-C/B (unheated) – how to choose the right one
The DZ-FOR-C/B dispenser in AISI-304 stainless steel takes baskets measuring 500 × 500 mm, requires a 515 × 565 mm opening and is 730 mm high. The maximum load is 200 kg.
A square basket behaves differently from a tray: it has no unambiguous orientation, so staff insert it any way round and lose no time turning it. On returns, where pace counts, that is a real saving in movements.
The opening is larger than the basket by fifteen millimetres in one direction and sixty-five in the other. The excess accommodates the slides and the frame, but when drawing the board it has to be remembered that the cut-out is planned from the dimension of the dispenser, not of the basket.

The data sheet gives a load capacity of 200 kg, but not a number of units. That depends on the height of a single basket, so it is worth stating when making a selection.
Are other dispenser dimensions available?
The manufacturer allows non-standard builds on enquiry. Both the seat and the cut-out then change, so the drawing has to be agreed before the board is cut.
