Dish dispenser DZ-FOR-C/E (unheated) – how to choose the right one
DZ-FOR-C/E is a dispenser for 530 × 325 mm trays, that is the GN 1/1 format, set into a 340 × 595 mm opening. The height is 730 mm and the permissible load 200 kg.
Referring to the GN 1/1 format simplifies ordering, because it is a dimension found in every catering store. When buying replacement trays there is no need to measure – quoting the designation is enough.
The cut-out is the narrowest of the four here, but at the same time the longest. The dispenser therefore takes up little of the board across its width, but calls for close to sixty centimetres of continuous run along the counter.

It is a standardised 530 × 325 mm format, shared by catering containers and trays. Thanks to it, ware from different sources fits the same seats.
Do the E variant and the C variant have the same opening?
No. Both are 595 mm long, but the width is 340 mm here and 385 mm in the C version. Swapping without reworking the board is out of the question.
