Plate dispenser O180-260 mm (unheated) DZ-1826N – how to choose the right one
DZ-1826N is a neutral plate dispenser in AISI-304 stainless steel, holding 45 plates of between 180 and 260 mm in diameter.
The eighty-millimetre range covers the dessert plate and the standard dinner plate, so one seat serves two stages of service. A change in the range of ware then does not force a change of equipment.
The version without heating requires neither a power supply nor a thermostat, which reduces installation to a single fitting and no connections. If the plates are to come out warm, the counterpart is the DZ-1826C.

That depends on the number of meals served, but on a lunch line it means refilling as you go. On dessert service the stock lasts considerably longer.
Can this version be retrofitted with heating?
No, the heated model is a separate construction with a thermostat and a 230 V connection. Changing over means replacing the whole unit.
