Plate dispenser O180-260 mm (heated) DZ-1826C – how to choose the right one
DZ-1826C is a heated dispenser for 45 plates of 180–260 mm diameter, fitted with a thermostat with a maximum temperature of 90°C. It runs at 230 V and 750 W, and a mounting plate is included.
The declared consumption of 0.5 kWh per hour with a tolerance of ten per cent is a figure worth working through before deciding. Over a twelve-hour working cycle it comes to six kilowatt hours a day per unit – a cost that is countable over a month.
The heating has one specific purpose here: a plate at a temperature close to that of the food does not draw its heat away as it is plated. With dishes in sauce the difference is noticeable within a few minutes out in the dining room.

What is the mounting plate in the set for?
